MUNICIPAL LAW

Bryan Winter currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer for Village of Gurnee, Village of Kildeer, and the East Skokie Drainage District. For each governmental entity, Fuqua Winter Ltd. handles all general counsel responsibilities and reviews compliance procedures related to state, federal and other regulatory provisions applicable to each entity. Fuqua Winter Ltd. is also responsible for special duties and litigation matters associated with representing governmental entities.

CIVIL LITIGATION

Bryan Winter has been designated as trial counsel in hundreds of lawsuits filed principally in Lake and Cook County. He has served was designated counsel for insurance companies, utilities, governmental entities and individuals. Fuqua Winter Ltd. is regularly retained as local counsel by national law firms for matters pending in Lake County, Illinois.
